License Suspended in Two States, Elizabeth, NJ Man Arrested for DWI

Driving with his headlights off in the overnight hours, Kevin Taylor, 39, was spotted barreling through two traffic cones before being pulled over by Port Authority police near the Holland Tunnel in Jersey City. Taylor failed a field sobriety test and a Breathalyzer, which showed his blood-alcohol content to be at .12. Taylor was charged with DWI, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license after it was discovered that his license has been suspended both in New Jersey and Florida.
